Poetry: Origins

Change has a way of moving feet, moving days, and producing speech,

Time has a way of keeping speed, it's the medium life and consciousness meet,

With both we have the opportunity to open our minds, we cant be idle if we wish to dine,

In all ways we live, we live not to die, we find simple ways to easily survive,

We see a today, to see tomorrow,

We must feel happiness to experience sorrow,

We wake to feel the need to fall asleep,

We dream so we may always believe,

We live and are alive, until death when we die.
